Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote

Main Responsibilities:

This is an outbound sales role for a SaaS product. The SDR is expected to expand the customer base for the company by:

  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline in the target markets
  • Making cold contact (e.g., email, LinkedIn, Twitter) with potential customers to Identify their needs and qualify them
  • Responding to inbound inquiries and nurturing prospect relationships over multiple channels
  • Creating and tuning pitch decks, video walkthroughs
  • Conducting demos as necessary
  • Collecting and synthesizing prospect feedback
  • Recommending new sales tactics and strategies
  • Tracking and reporting KPIs


  • Passionate about selling and have a genuine curiosity for prospects and their needs
  • At least 1 year experience selling to customers based in the USA
  • At least 1 year experience selling SaaS tools (B2C or B2B)
  • Experience with at least 2 sales approaches (e.g. Sandler Way)
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Experience email automation platform
  • Experience selling in English
  • Process-oriented – disciplined to follow a process and can suggest ways to improve it
