Growth Hacker
Location: Cavite/Mandaluyong
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research: competition, ecosystem, pricing
- Define audience/buyer persona and define messaging for each persona
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels
- Take ownership of the website and ensure content is consistent with messaging
- Define and own marketing plan for attracting user sign-ups
- Define and own plan for nurturing and converting prospects
- Define, track, and set goals for marketing KPIs
- Run campaigns to achieve marketing goals
- Identify, develop, and optimize growth channel to drive revenues growth
- Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads
- Help scale and automate the growth processses
- Work closely with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results to help shape future marketing strategies
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience marketing SaaS products to US-based customers or have previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
- Experience defining and executing marketing campaigns
- Experience using CRM tools
- Experience using an email automation platform
- Process-oriented – disciplined to follow a process and can suggest ways to improve it
