Job Description

CSA in many ways is the face of the company. CSA interacts directly with customers ensuring they are successful in accomplishing their goals on the platform. We want to improve the customer experience by getting the information they need quickly.

Main Responsibilities

We are a small team, so we expect you to be largely self-sufficient. You can make decisions and suggestions in the best interest of the company. You’ll get to propose solutions and implement them as you see fit. You’ll be responsible for taking ownership of your tasks from start to finish and taking it to the next level. Depending on your experience and skills, this may include:

  • Field prospect questions about the platform and/or service
  • Help new customers use the platform and accomplish their goals
  • Collaborate with tech ops to investigate technical issues
  • Create customer-facing documentation and ensure it is up to date
  • Review customer feedback and identify key issues
  • Train internal chatbots with customer questions

Requirements

  • Written English must be very good (using online tools to clean up grammar and spelling is fine)
  • Customer-centric attitude that puts the customer first
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to try new approaches
  • Willingness to take feedback
  • No previous experience as a CSA is required
